A Routine Service is our least expensive option in getting your case resolved. We make up to 4 attempts for Service of Process, which are spread out every 72 hours. The typical turn around time is 12-15 days if we reach max attempts. For any other service, your case is also first attempted within 72 hours from the time it is received. Coastal, hillside and nationwide jobs receive a max of 3 attempts.

A Rush Service is attempted within 24 hours from the time we receive your service request. For Service of Process this also provides 4 attempts to be completed daily and is closed out within 5 days, should we reach max attempts of 4. Coastal, hillside and nationwide jobs receive a max of 3 attempts.

Same Day Service is performed when time is of the essence in a legal matter. We begin service attempts the same day you submit your case for service. Should we reach max attempts of 4, your case is closed within 4 days. Coastal and hillside jobs receive a max of 3 attempts. No Same Day service is offered on nationwide jobs.

Sonoma Legal, LLC is pleased to use Serve Manager as our database provider. With their extensive website we are able to provide service updates, invoices, notes and more. All of this would be done via email, giving you peace of mind.

Unfortunately, we do not offer payments on our services, however we are more than willing to work with you. Let a representative know if you can not make a full payment.

Once your case is uploaded into our database you will receive an invoice via email, giving you the convenience of paying online. Should you wish to pay by check, that can be mailed to 3558 Round Barn Blvd #200, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Pre payment is not required by Sonoma Legal, LLC however is encouraged as Proofs of Service/Non-Service reports are not sent until payment is received. We will send you an invoice once your case is dispatched out and should it be unpaid once your case has been closed, we will then resend you a copy letting you know we are awaiting payment.

Sonoma Legal, LLC takes our diligence very seriously. When we receive your case for service we will ask you for any and all information you have on an individual. This will give us the ability of calling, emailing and more. When it comes to service attempts we meet all of California’s requirement’s including a morning, afternoon and evening attempt on different days and times. 

For any Same Day service your case must be submitted no later than 5pm for Service of Process and 1PM for Court Filings. 

For cases to be considered on a Rush and have attempts begin the following day, your case must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on the day prior.
