The total cost of service is provided on your final affidavit for you to file with the courts which shows the steps we took in order to try to perform service and how much such service cost. For any person who processes a chargeback with their bank will be charged a $25 fee\/per occurrence for such chargeback.\u00a0<\/p><p>For witness fees that were paid on unserved cases, this amount is not provided as a refund. Instead, the amount of the witness fee is applied to a future case.\u00a0<\/p><p>If your case is cancelled once it has been received for service there are two possibilities: 1.
